The following is a list of the health insurance and managed care plans accepted by Associates in Hearing HealthCare. The coverage and conditions of payment vary by plan and by group contract. Please refer to member services of your insurance provider for the specific coverage, deductibles, coinsurance and other conditions of payment.
Most of the diagnostic services provided are covered by many health insurance plans. We accept assignment for most insurance claims and will assist you in every way we can to help you file your insurance claim forms on plans we do not accept. Most HMO plans require a referral.
*Medicare does not cover routine hearing exams. However, diagnostic services are covered if they are ordered in writing by your physician. You will need to obtain a prescription from your medical doctor. Medicare does not cover hearing aids.
